- Do I own the creatives?
- Yes. Full commercial rights, perpetual, worldwide. No royalties. No usage fees. Your models and assets are yours forever.
- Can I pause or cancel?
- Yes. Month-to-month means you can pause or stop anytime. We recommend at least 2-3 months to see meaningful ROAS improvement, but we won't lock you in.
- How does the pause feature work?
- Your billing cycle runs on 30 days. If you've used 18 days and pause, your subscription is frozen, you'll have 12 days remaining to use anytime. No service days are lost.
- Are there any refunds?
- We offer a 75% refund if you decide the service isn't right for you within the first 7 days. No questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
- Will you do any of the work for my brand?
- We provide the strategy, planning, and performance oversight and execution.
- Is my Meta ad spend included?
- No. You top up your Meta account directly. This keeps your ad spend 100% transparent and under your control.
- Will I have access to reports?
- Yes. Every week you receive a detailed sales, traffic, and campaign performance report depending on your package.
- What if I need more ads than my tier includes?
- Add-ons and custom pricing are available upon request.
- How do payments work?
- Payments are made upfront in full at the beginning of each month. Bank transfers only.
